You are responsible for ensuring that all your clients are aware of the content of this privacy policy and are in agreement with you supplying their personal data to us to make a reservation on their behalf. When making a reservation directly with us or via our website you agree to the transfer storing or processing of this information as set out below.

Information collection and use:

While using our site and services we may ask you to provide us with certain personal identifiable information that may be used to contact or identify you or your clients and this may include but is not limited to full name and surname, date of birth, passport number or ID number, telephone number and email address. Should the client provide us with any additional personal data such as medical conditions, special needs and special requirements these will also be stored in our data. The data will be stored until it is necessary for operational, marketing, research and legal purposes.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
